01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Member," or "you") and 77pinas ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 77pinas website located at https://77pinas.cc, its mobile application, and all associated services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the 77pinas platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by 77pinas, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 77pinas platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the Services following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility

To register and use the 77pinas platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style online gaming.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of 77pinas or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or technology partners.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the 77pinas platform or any affiliated gaming service.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by 77pinas or any relevant regulatory authority.

77pinas reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by 77pinas may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

03 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 77pinas platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your 77pinas account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.
• Create a strong, unique password for your 77pinas account and not share it with any third party.
• Notify 77pinas immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.

77pinas will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. You acknowledge that 77pinas staff will never ask for your password via any communication channel.

Account registration is free of charge. 77pinas does not charge any fee for creating or maintaining a member account on the platform.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 77pinas platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 77pinas supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the platform from time to time.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
• Deposits are credited to your 77pinas account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.
• 77pinas does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
• 77pinas reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from the account holder.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 77pinas may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your 77pinas account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 unless otherwise stated.
• 77pinas processes withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and any verification requirements applicable to your account.
• 77pinas reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

77pinas offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the specific promotion terms and cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• 77pinas reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to your account will remain subject to the terms in effect at the time of crediting.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per member, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using automated software, or coordinating with other members — will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and may result in permanent account suspension.
• 77pinas reserves the right to reclaim any bonus credited in error or as a result of a technical malfunction.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 77pinas platform — including slots, fishing games, Big Hammer, Keno, and sports betting — are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

77pinas uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The results of all games are final once confirmed by the platform system. 77pinas does not manipulate game outcomes in favor of or against any individual member.

• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on the 77pinas server, the server record shall be the definitive and binding result.
• 77pinas reserves the right to void any bet or game round that was placed or completed as a result of a technical error, software malfunction, or human error.
• Bets placed after the official closing time for any event or game round will be void and any associated stakes will be returned to your account balance.
• For sports betting, 77pinas follows standard industry rules for event cancellations, postponements, and walkovers. Specific rules are available in the Betting section of the platform.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77pinas platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Registering more than one account on the 77pinas platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software or technology used by 77pinas.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, including stolen payment credentials.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 77pinas staff or other members through any communication channel.
• Exploiting any technical error, bug, or vulnerability in the platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown bug are void and must be returned.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the 77pinas platform — including but not limited to the 77pinas name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 77pinas or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 77pinas platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the 77pinas platform without prior written consent.
• Use the 77pinas name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without written authorization.
• Create derivative works based on any 77pinas content or software.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the platform.

09 Privacy & Data

77pinas collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the 77pinas platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, 77pinas collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and improving the quality of our Services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 77pinas, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the 77pinas platform or Services.

This limitation of liability applies to, but is not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain account security.
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in the platform caused by circumstances beyond 77pinas's reasonable control, including internet outages, power failures, or force majeure events.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform, including odds, game statistics, or promotional content.
• Technical malfunctions, server downtime, or software errors that affect game availability or results, provided that 77pinas takes reasonable steps to resolve such issues promptly.

In any event, the maximum aggregate liability of 77pinas to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 77pinas account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

77pinas reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable game rules.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more. An inactivity fee of ₱50 per month may be applied to dormant accounts after this period, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.
• At your own request, including requests made through our Responsible Gaming self-exclusion tools.

Upon closure of your account for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements. Balances associated with accounts closed due to breach of Terms may be forfeited.

You may close your 77pinas account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure does not entitle you to a refund of any losses incurred during your membership.

12 Responsible Gaming

77pinas is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all members. We recognize that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

77pinas provides the following responsible gaming tools to all members:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified period of time.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the 77pinas platform. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your account or receive promotional communications.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of the time elapsed and net gaming activity during your session.

The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. Your continued use of the 77pinas platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and 77pinas arising from your use of the platform or these Terms, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. You may initiate this process by contacting our support team with a written description of your complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may submit the matter to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

Nothing in this section shall prevent 77pinas from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
